At Hall Orthodontics, we are committed to utilizing the most advanced technology, both in our clinical treatment and our office administration. We strive to enhance doctor to patient communication by using sophisticated technology, like HouseCalls, to remind you of upcoming appointments. HouseCalls is a digital voice system that allows us to help you keep up with that busy schedule and to keep your orthodontic treatment on track! 

The night before your appointment, HouseCalls will contact you giving you the day, date and time of your next appointment. You will be able to either confirm or cancel your appointment by using your telephone keypad and pressing the following keys any time during the message:

• Press the 1 Key to confirm your appointment
• Press the 2 Key to reply to the message
• Press the 3 Key to cancel your appointment

HouseCalls is also designed to be able to leave a brief message on your answering machine or voicemail if you are unavailable when the call is made.
